Right of withdrawal (EU)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after the day you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, email us at office@sanaelena.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, using the same means of payment, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

Returns conditions

• Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with seals intact.
• You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
• Return shipping costs: customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described

Exceptions (hygiene-sensitive products)

For hygiene reasons, opened essential oils, personal care items or any products with broken safety seals are not eligible for return unless faulty or not as described.

How to start a return

1. Email office@sanaelena.com with order number and reason.
2. Wait for our RMA instructions.
3. Ship the product to the address provided. Keep proof of postage.
